Tuscan Kale

  • Tuscan kale, also known as Lacinato kale or dinosaur kale, is a nutrient-dense leafy green vegetable with a  a mild, slightly sweet flavor compared to curly kale.

  • Tuscan kale leaves are tender, with a robust texture and a hint of earthiness. 

  • Tuscan Kale is:​

    • an excellent source of vitamin A, C and K.

    • a good source of minerals like calcium, iron and magnesium.

  • Tuscan kale can be used raw in salads, steaming (a method retains most of its nutrients), or stir-frying with other vegetables or proteins (a method keeps the leaves vibrant and crunchy)
