nai Bai

  • Nai Bai generally has a mild and sweet flavour, with its younger leaves having a tinge of mustardy flavour.

  • Nai Bai is a smaller variation of the Xiao Bai Cai which is also softer and sweeter. 

  • Commonly prepared by stir-frying, steaming, braising, grilling, or adding to soups and stews, Nai Bai is an excellent sauce of calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, vitamins A, C, and K.
