Common mint

  • Mint is  range of gastrointestinal conditions, including indigestion, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), stomach pain in children, and feelings of sickness after surgery. 

  • Mint plants contain rosmarinic acid which is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.

  • It is best to add mint raw or at the end of the cooking process. This helps them maintain their delicate flavour and texture.

  • Mint can be used to make mint limeades by mixing lime juice with sugar or stevia and muddled mint leaves

  • Mint is a particularly good source of vitamin A, a fat-soluble vitamin that is critical for eye healthand night visio
